Easily make with this Special Edition mix from FunCakes a delicious dark cake with chocolate flavour! Serve this choco cake with a cup of coffee, for a high tea or as dessert.
Tip: you can also make chocolate flavoured cupcakes with this mix. Bake them in approx. 18-20 minutes.
The FunCakes Special Edition mixes are a range of new and seasonal baking mixes with a temporary character.
Preparation: Preheat the oven to 170°C (convection oven 150°C). Ingredients need to be at room temperature. Mix 180 g of (cream) butter soft. Add 400 g of the mix, 4 eggs (200 g) and 25 ml water and mix on low speed for 4 minutes to a stiff batter. Grease a baking pan of approx. 25 cm (10”) long. Pour the batter into the pan and bake the cake in the centre of the oven for approx. 60 minutes. Release the cake immediately after baking and let it cool down on a cake grid.
Ingredients: sugar, wheat flour, cocoa powder (skimmed, 9%), modified starch, starch (potato, tapioca), raising agent: E450, E500, starch (rice), salt, emulsifier: E475 (palm, rapeseed), E471 (palm, rapeseed), flavouring.
