With this mix you can bake approx. 10-12 cookies of approx. 7-10 cm.
The FunCakes Special Edition mixes are a range of new and seasonal baking mixes with a temporary character.
Preparation: All ingredients need to be at room temperature. Use dough hooks to mix 400 g mix, 80 g (cream) butter 1 egg (50 g) and 8 ml water to a firm dough. Make a roll of approx. Ø 5 cm, wrap in foil and rest in refrigerator for 1 hour. Preheat the oven at 175°C (convection oven 150°C). Cut cookies of 2 cm thickness with a sharp knife. Grease or cover a baking tray with parchment paper and lay the cookies on. Keep enough space between the cookies. Bake for 13-16 minutes. Store in a cookie jar after cooling off. Suitable for approx. 10-12 cookies of 7-10 cm, depending on thickness and shape.
Ingredients: sugar, wheat flour, chocolate pieces (sugar, cocoa mass, cocoa butter, emulsifier: E322 (soy), natural vanilla flavouring) (20%), cocoa powder (skimmed, 3%), salt, raising agent: E450, E500, flavouring.
