Plastic mould for round biscuit ice-creams of the Cookie Pro line, a professional line of moulds specially designed according to the real needs of the ice-cream maker.
The mould fully meets the standards of practicality and quality. The removable trays with extraction hole, combined with the rigid plastic support tray, facilitate the preparation, extraction and storage of gelato cookies. The rigid plastic used to make the tray makes it easier to spread the ice cream or any other filling, allowing you to obtain a more defined edge. For the same reason it is also possible to work on Cookie Pro moulds with ice cream or other fillings of different consistencies (more or less liquid).
After production, the removable trays in transparent plastic become a practical system for safely storing gelato biscuits in the freezer. Thanks to the reduced thickness of the tray and the removable trays, freezing times are extremely reduced.
The kit consists of a plastic support tray and 3 removable transparent trays.
